Burdock increases urine flow, kills germs and reduces fever. Burdock is also traditionally used for gastrointestinal (GI) complaints, bladder infections, fluid retention and skin conditions including acne, seborrheic dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.
2ml (40 drops) in cold liquid such as water or juice 3 times daily for 3 days.

Fennel is rich in Calcium, magnesium phosphorus, vitamin K, all play a role in maintaining bone strength. Vitamin C providing antioxidants and collagen production.
