Dromana Estate Rose
Something a bit different. Made from fermenting and daily foot stomping our estate grown Pinot Gris grapes with added chardonnay stems on its skins for 5 days in open vats using the ‘lagar’ method. Just as fermentation began it was pressed into old French oak for 8 months.
Delightfully ripe and elegantly lifted, the bouquet shows golden apple, citrus peel, strawberry and subtle spice aromas, followed by a succulent palate that’s generously weighted and flavoursome. It’s well-structured by bright acidity, finishing crisp and attractively dry.
