Dromana Estate Pinot Noir 2019

Product Reviews
Product Description
The Mornington Peninsula has become known for consistently delivering quality Pinot Noirs due to the region’s cool maritime climate with ocean breezes from the Bass Straight and Port Phillip bay. This allows fruit to ripen slowly, perfect for Pinot. We have produced a Pinot that exhibits a great degree of elegance. Its juicy and beautifully rounded on the palate with flowing mouthfeel and seductive savoury nuances, making it engaging and enticing.
From 100% handpicked, estate grown fruit from selected rows in the close planted section of the vineyard, which was then fermented in open vats for three weeks prior to being pressed into old French oak puncheons and left to its own devices for 12 months. Peter has produced a Pinot showing a bouquet of dark cherries and plums backed up with a palate brimming with rich fruit and savoury complexity.
